Thank you for considering a sponsorship partnership with Starlit Events. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of all Starlit Events Sponsorship Packages, including Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Sponsorships, as well as your participation in the Business Success Summit and any associated webinars, coaching, workshops, and bonus services. We've tried to write these in plain, clear language so you understand exactly what you're agreeing to. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
By purchasing a sponsorship package, submitting payment, or commencing a payment plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, as well as any applicable Privacy Policy and venue conditions of entry.
In these Terms and Conditions:
"Starlit Events," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the organisers of the Business Success Summit and all associated sponsorship packages, webinars, workshops, and events.
"Sponsor," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or business purchasing a sponsorship package.
"Summit" refers to the Business Success Summit and any related in-person or virtual events run under the Starlit Events name.
"Inclusions" or "Benefits" refers to all core deliverables and bonuses listed on the sales page at the time of your purchase.
A Starlit Events sponsorship is a partnership, not a simple ticket purchase. Your contribution goes toward funding the Summit and future Starlit Events, including venue costs, production, marketing, speaker coordination, and the broader ecosystem that allows us to keep running these events for the coaching and speaking community.
Your sponsorship is confirmed once your payment, or your first instalment under an approved payment plan, has been successfully processed.
Sponsorship packages are limited in number and are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Starlit Events reserves the right to decline, delay, or cancel any sponsorship application at its sole discretion — for example, where a package tier is full, where information provided is incomplete, or where we determine a partnership isn't the right fit.
It is the sponsor's responsibility to provide Starlit Events with full, accurate, and current details (including business name, contact details, and any attendee information required), as failure to do so may result in inclusions not being able to be delivered or fulfilled.
We strongly encourage every prospective sponsor to read this document in full and decide on their package carefully before purchasing, in light of Section 7 (Refund Policy) below.

Each package includes the core benefits and bonuses outlined on the sales page current at the time of your purchase. Advertised inclusions, bonuses, and agenda items are correct at the time of listing but are subject to change without notice as outlined in Section 15 (Event Changes). Where changes are necessary, Starlit Events reserves the right to improve or substitute any benefit with one of equal or greater value, so that sponsors are not left worse off than what they originally purchased.

Payment Plan: 6 monthly payments of $2,100
Your first payment is charged immediately at checkout. Remaining instalments are automatically charged every 30 days thereafter using the payment method provided at the time of purchase. One invoice is generated per order, and all communication regarding your sponsorship will be conducted solely with the individual or business that completed the purchase.
Selecting a payment plan is a financing arrangement only — it does not reduce your total contractual commitment. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full sponsorship amount across the scheduled instalments in full.
Early cancellation of a payment plan, non-payment, or a decision to stop using your sponsorship benefits does not cancel your obligation to complete all remaining scheduled payments. This is consistent with the reasoning outlined in Section 7 below: your sponsorship commitment supports the planning and delivery of the event you are purchasing into, regardless of how much of it you personally use.
If a scheduled payment fails for any reason:
Starlit Events may automatically retry the payment using the details provided.
Sponsorship benefits, including event access, coaching, webinars, workshops, funnel builds, AI services, marketing services, bonuses, and speaking opportunities, may be paused or withheld until the outstanding payment has been received in full.
You will remain responsible for any outstanding balance owed regardless of whether benefits have been suspended.
Continued failure to make payment after reasonable attempts to collect may result in your sponsorship being cancelled entirely without refund of any amounts already paid.
We know sponsorship is a meaningful financial investment, and we want every sponsor to make this decision with full clarity. Please read this section in full before purchasing.
Why sponsorships are non-refundable. When you sponsor a Starlit Event, your payment is committed toward running that specific event and the ones that follow it. Venue bookings, production costs, marketing spend, speaker coordination, and staffing are planned and paid for in advance based on confirmed sponsorship numbers. Because these costs are committed on your behalf from the point of purchase, all sponsorship payments are treated as final.
This applies equally to deposits, full payments, and payment plans, and to all included services such as coaching, marketing services, digital services, AI services, funnel builds, website development, advertising setup, workshop access, and event access.
There is no cooling-off period once a sponsorship purchase has been confirmed, except as set out below or as required under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Case-by-case consideration. While refunds are not guaranteed and are not owed as of right, Starlit Events may, at its sole discretion, review requests involving genuine and exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any such request must be made in writing, and being considered does not guarantee a refund will be granted, in whole or in part.
Bonuses are optional value-adds, not core obligations. Your sponsorship package includes a number of bonuses on top of your core deliverables (for example: funnel builds, website builds, an AI voice clone, ad campaign builds, coaching calls, and similar items, as listed on the sales page at time of purchase).
These bonuses are provided as additional value at Starlit Events' discretion and are entirely optional to use. You are welcome to use as many, or as few, of these bonuses as suits your business. Choosing not to redeem a bonus, or redeeming only some of the bonuses available to you, does not affect the validity of your sponsorship agreement, and is not, on its own, grounds for a refund, credit, or cancellation of your sponsorship. Your core sponsorship inclusions (such as event access and your speaking opportunity) stand independently of whether any or all bonuses are claimed.
Usage window. To ensure resources, staff time, and third-party services remain available for all sponsors fairly, all bonuses and included services must be started, booked, or claimed within six (6) months of your original purchase date. Bonuses or services not activated within this window will be considered forfeited by the sponsor and are not exchangeable for credit, cash value, or an extension of time, except where Starlit Events agrees otherwise at its sole discretion.
Failure to attend the Summit, a webinar, or a coaching session, or a decision not to use an included service within the applicable window, does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund.
If the Summit is cancelled outright (rather than postponed or rescheduled) by Starlit Events, sponsors will be entitled to a refund of amounts paid specifically for that event, but will have no further or additional claim of any nature arising from such cancellation.
If the Summit is postponed or rescheduled, your sponsorship and its inclusions will carry over and apply to the new date. A postponement or rescheduling does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund.
Should a refund be approved under this section, any approved amount will be processed within thirty (30) business days of the refund being confirmed in writing.
Speaking opportunities included in your sponsorship are subject to event scheduling, venue availability, event capacity, organiser approval, and professional conduct both before and during the event. Presentation times, order, and length may vary depending on the final event agenda and the number of confirmed speakers, and Starlit Events reserves the right to adjust these as required. Speakers, including any headline or well-known guest speakers, are subject to change at any time, and such a change does not, on its own, entitle a sponsor to a refund. Starlit Events will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall value of the speaking line-up where changes occur.
Virtual webinar sessions included in your package will be scheduled at mutually suitable times, communicated in advance via email. If you are unable to attend a scheduled webinar and do not provide reasonable notice, that session may be considered forfeited. Unused webinar sessions are not refundable, but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, provided the request is made within the six-month usage window outlined in Section 7.
Private coaching sessions included in your sponsorship must be booked and completed within the six-month usage window outlined in Section 7. Missed appointments without adequate advance notice may be considered forfeited. Coaching sessions are personal to the sponsor and are non-transferable to another individual or business unless approved in writing by Starlit Events in advance.
Where included, marketing services may cover funnel creation, lead magnet strategy, Meta Ads campaign builds, AI implementation, website development, email automation, SMS automation, and general marketing consulting, as specified for your package tier on the sales page.
Advertising spend (ad budget) is not included in any package unless specifically stated in writing.
Campaign builds are provided as strategy and creative assets; publishing, management, and ongoing optimisation of campaigns is not included unless specifically stated for your tier.
Campaign or marketing performance cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances. Sponsors acknowledge and agree that business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Starlit Events' control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, offer strength, pricing, industry, timing, and the sponsor's own implementation.
Where included, AI implementation, AI voice cloning, chatbot setup, or automation services are provided using third-party software platforms. Starlit Events does not own or control these platforms, and their availability, features, pricing, and terms of use may change at any time due to decisions made by the external software provider. Starlit Events is not responsible for any such changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party tools, and will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable alternative where a tool becomes unavailable.
Sponsors retain full ownership of their own existing business content, brand assets, and materials brought into or created independently of the sponsorship.
Starlit Events retains full ownership of all proprietary training materials, systems, templates, presentations, slide decks, frameworks, funnel structures, and other intellectual property shared, presented, or delivered as part of the sponsorship, whether at the Summit, in webinars, in coaching sessions, or via written materials.
This content is licensed to sponsors for their own personal business use only, strictly for the purposes intended, and may not be copied, resold, reproduced, re-engineered, translated, hosted, published, or otherwise distributed by any means without explicit written permission from Starlit Events. All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Starlit Events remain the property of Starlit Events.
Sponsorship packages and their inclusions are personal to the purchasing individual or business and may not be resold, re-advertised, or on-sold to a third party.
If any part of a sponsorship package, ticket, or inclusion is found to have been resold or re-advertised without Starlit Events' written consent, Starlit Events reserves the right to cancel all remaining inclusions immediately, with no refund provided.
Only sponsorships purchased directly through Starlit Events are guaranteed access to the inclusions described on the relevant sales page. We note that the resale of event tickets and inclusions may, in certain circumstances, be governed by ticket sales legislation in your jurisdiction and may carry penalties for non-compliance.
Sponsorship inclusions may be transferred to another authorised representative of the same sponsoring business, but only with prior written approval from Starlit Events.
Starlit Events reserves the right, at its discretion, to change speakers, change venues, modify event schedules, adjust agendas, replace presenters, reschedule events, or change webinar or workshop dates as circumstances require. Where reasonably possible, we will aim to notify sponsors in advance of any material change. Such changes, on their own, do not constitute grounds for cancellation of your sponsorship or a refund, though Starlit Events will make reasonable efforts to preserve the overall value of your package, for example by offering a comparable replacement speaker, session, or benefit.
All attendees must comply with the conditions of entry set by the venue at which the Summit or any related event takes place.
Prior to entry, attendees may be required to provide their name, contact number, and email address (for example, via a check-in or QR code process). Failure to complete this may result in inclusions not being able to be provided on the day.
Dress code for in-person events is smart casual unless otherwise stated. Starlit Events reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee it considers inappropriately dressed, with no refund provided as a result.
All attendees must behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, staff, speakers, and venue personnel. Starlit Events reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event at any time for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour, illegal activity, or conduct that damages the reputation of the event, with no refund provided.
Persons under the age of 16 are not recommended to attend in-person events due to the possibility of mature business content, language, or themes. Attendance by those aged 11–16 is at the discretion of, and must be accompanied by, a parent or guardian holding a valid ticket. Children under 10 are not permitted to attend.
Event content is presented in English, and no translation services are provided unless specifically arranged in advance.
Parking fees are not included in any sponsorship package and are payable directly to the venue or parking operator. Accommodation, travel, meals, and other incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the sponsor unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Photography, video recording, livestreaming, and audio recording may take place during the Summit, webinars, workshops, and coaching sessions for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
By attending or participating, you grant Starlit Events an absolute, irrevocable, and unrestricted right and permission to use, reuse, publish, and republish your image, likeness, voice, business name, and any testimonials or recordings captured, in whole or in part, individually or alongside other material, across any and all media now known or later developed (including print, broadcast, and internet), for any purpose including illustration, promotion, editorial, and advertising, without additional compensation and without restriction as to alteration. You release and discharge Starlit Events from any and all claims that may arise out of or in connection with this use, including any claim relating to defamation or right of publicity or privacy, to the extent permitted by law.
Unless otherwise agreed with Starlit Events in writing, attendees and sponsors may not independently record, livestream, or otherwise capture proprietary presentations, training content, or materials delivered at the Summit or in any coaching or webinar session, and may not redistribute or reproduce such materials without prior written consent.
In the course of coaching sessions, networking, workshops, or private community groups (including the WhatsApp mastermind group where included), sponsors may gain access to confidential or commercially sensitive information belonging to other sponsors, speakers, or attendees. All participants agree to treat such information as confidential and not to disclose, distribute, or make use of it outside of the intended purpose for which it was shared.
Where included in your package, access to the private WhatsApp community is provided as a bonus benefit and is subject to the usage terms outlined in Section 7. Starlit Events reserves the right to remove any member who breaches community guidelines, engages in inappropriate conduct, or shares confidential information belonging to others without consent, without any obligation to refund or replace this benefit.
Any views, opinions, or content expressed by any speaker, coach, or presenter at or in connection with the Summit, webinars, or coaching sessions are those of that individual and do not necessarily represent the views of Starlit Events. Starlit Events will not be liable for any loss, damage, or distress arising from such views or content.
Nothing shared at the Summit, in coaching sessions, in webinars, or in any related materials constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, or other professional advice. All content and strategies shared are general in nature and do not take into account your specific business circumstances. Any decision you make as a result of anything heard, read, or learned through your sponsorship is an exercise of your own independent judgment, and we strongly recommend consulting your own qualified professional advisors (including legal, financial, and tax advisors) before acting on any strategy, recommendation, or opinion shared as part of your sponsorship.
Starlit Events takes no responsibility for, and provides no guarantee in relation to, results achieved (or not achieved) using any learning material, framework, or strategy provided as part of your sponsorship.
Starlit Events may reference, recommend, or provide links to websites, software, or services operated by third parties as a convenience. Starlit Events has no control over such third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, or the practices of the businesses operating it. Use of any third-party website, tool, or service referenced as part of your sponsorship is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.
Where your sponsorship includes access to online materials, portals, or resources via the Starlit Events website, such access is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The website may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, remember your preferences, and understand general usage patterns. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you; personal information is only collected where you choose to provide it directly.
All materials, training content, templates, and resources provided as part of your sponsorship, whether via the website, at the Summit, in webinars, or in coaching sessions, are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Facts, figures, and information shared are believed accurate at the time they are provided but may change without notice, and should not be relied upon as complete, all-inclusive, or a substitute for independent professional advice.
Business success depends on a wide range of factors, including individual effort, implementation, prior experience, industry conditions, competition, and market demand. Starlit Events makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding revenue, leads, sales, clients, speaking success, business growth, or marketing or advertising performance as a result of your sponsorship. Past results, testimonials, or case studies shared by Starlit Events or other sponsors are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar future outcomes for any individual sponsor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlit Events, together with its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and service providers, shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your sponsorship, participation in any event, or use of any materials or services provided, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of income, loss of profits, or missed opportunities, even where Starlit Events has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Starlit Events' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action of any kind (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) arising from your sponsorship shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Starlit Events for that sponsorship package.
Sponsors accept full responsibility for their own implementation of any advice, strategy, or recommendation provided as part of the sponsorship.
Starlit Events will not be liable for any delay, postponement, or failure to perform any part of your sponsorship due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, public health orders or emergencies, venue closures, extreme weather, power outages, internet or technical failures, strikes, or the illness or unavailability of a speaker.
Where such an event affects the Summit or any related webinar, workshop, or session, Starlit Events reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or modify the affected event or component. In these circumstances, the provisions of Section 7 (Refund Policy) relating to postponement or cancellation will apply, and the event being affected by circumstances of this nature does not, on its own, entitle a sponsor to a refund.
Sponsors participate in all Starlit Events activities, including in-person attendance, voluntarily, and acknowledge that Starlit Events cannot guarantee against all health or safety risks associated with attending a live, in-person event. Attendees are expected to follow any health and safety guidance or venue requirements in place at the time of the event.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or your sponsorship, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the sales page describing your chosen package at the time of purchase and the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Starlit Events regarding your sponsorship. Any prior discussions, arrangements, representations, or undertakings not expressly reflected in these documents are superseded by this agreement.
Starlit Events reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to sponsorships purchased after the amended terms are published, unless otherwise required by law.
By completing your purchase, submitting payment, or commencing a payment plan for any Starlit Events Sponsorship Package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
